Before you get started

Do I need a D-Fit account?

Yes. The integration uses your D-Fit account to read and update your diary. If you do not have an account yet, download the app and create one before connecting.

Is this the same diary I see in the app?

Yes. When you connect the same account, meals and water logged through ChatGPT appear in your D-Fit diary. You can keep tracking and editing in the app.

Can I count calories from a meal photo in ChatGPT with D-Fit?

Attach a photo in your ChatGPT conversation and ask to review the meal. Foods, portions and nutrients are estimates: check and adjust them before saving. This integration does not copy the original photo to D-Fit.

What access do I authorize?

You sign in to your D-Fit account and explicitly authorize diary access. The integration can read entries and, when you ask, log meals and water, correct portions, or remove a meal.

I cannot access the plugin. What should I do?

Sign in to ChatGPT and open the link again. Availability depends on your ChatGPT account and region. If you still have trouble connecting D-Fit, contact our support team.

Estimate your needs. Track them in your diary.

Use the calculators to estimate your daily calorie, macro and water needs. Then log what you consume with D-Fit in ChatGPT.
