- You have three options: take a photo of your plate, write in natural language (for example, "2 eggs with toast and coffee with milk"), or search the database. AI identifies the foods, estimates portions, and calculates calories and macros on the spot. We also support voice search and smart suggestions based on the time of day, so your favorite breakfasts appear in the morning and your usual dinners at night.

- Every logged meal earns XP. Hitting your calorie, macro, water, or exercise goals earns even more, and completing everything for the day gives you a special bonus. You level up, keep your daily streak with one freeze per week, and unlock more than 20 achievements like "Streak Legend" for 100 days or "Macro Master." Diet becomes a game.
- What metrics and insights does D-Fit offer?
- Weekly calorie averages with target deviation, a heatmap showing your stronger and weaker days, macro distribution over time, meal timing patterns, and weight forecasts. We also track streaks for days you hit protein, logged water, and completed all daily goals. It is like an X-ray of your diet.
- Besides food, what else does D-Fit track?
- Water, exercises with a calculator for more than 100 activities using MET values, weight, 9 body measurements including waist, chest, arm, and thigh, plus progress photos from 6 angles. Everything is integrated into your metrics and progress profile.
- How does D-Fit calculate my calorie and macro goals?
- We use the Mifflin-St Jeor formula with your weight, height, age, sex, and activity level to calculate your basal calorie expenditure. Then we adjust it for your goal, whether losing weight, maintaining, or gaining muscle, and distribute macros through presets like Balanced, High Protein, or your own custom setup.
- Does D-Fit have social features?
- Yes. You can create a profile, add friends, share achievements and milestones, and post meal photos. The feed shows posts from your friends, and there is a discovery feed for meeting new users. Diet gets easier with company.
- What platforms and languages does D-Fit support?
